Reid Green & Co started as a private vehicle specialising in tender offer arbitrage and investment in overlooked UK equities. We then transitioned into private company acquisitions in the electronic security and reg-tech compliance industries and achieved numerous exits, including an AI Media business we incubated. Today we invest in global equities using artificial intelligence in the design and execution of our investment programs.

Our Investment Philosophy

Our view is that market outcomes exist on a Power Law spectrum and most of the returns are driven by a small handful of companies on any given time frame. Returns are dominated by multiple expansion which is sometimes triggered by a number of preceding factors.

We believe the best investments are where the business has a powerful market opportunity. Then industry and business dynamics converts opportunity into excellent economics and then management capital allocation converts those economics into high shareholder returns.
